Dr. Sohn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. He graduated with honors from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he also completed an internship and his residency.

Dr. Sohn, who served as the chief resident at SUNY Downstate, also won first place in the 2001 Resident Research Prize Competition sponsored by the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation.

He has conducted research in the area of snoring and apnea, especially in children.  He was one of the first doctors to perform in-office balloon sinuplasty and is one of the most experienced at the technique in the Baltimore area.

Dr. Sohn has been practicing in the Baltimore region since 2001 and was named as a Top Doctor in Baltimore Magazine. He lives in Harford County with his wife, his three kids and too many animals. His hobbies include golf and singing to his dogs, and he is proud of the no-child-left on-the-field metric from his kids’ sports playing days.

Kelsey Keimig, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Kelsey Keimig joined the Total ENT Care team in July 2023.  Kelsey has spent most of her career practicing at ENT clinics in Florida. She spent almost two years in industry before returning to the ENT setting in 2023. Her experience includes hearing, vestibular, and electrophysiological assessments for patients of all ages.

In addition, Dr. Keimig provides evaluation and management of patients with hearing aids and BAHAs. She was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and received both undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Towson University. When she’s not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs. Her hobbies include exercising, boating, and fishing

Abbi Lamparelli, DNP

Nurse Practitioner

Abbi Lamparelli, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C (she/her) has been with Total ENT Care since November 2023. She earned her certification as a family nurse practitioner from Drexel University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse specializing in emergency, perioperative, and geriatric medicine. Her approach to treating disorders of the ear, nose and throat incorporates holistic nursing values honed during her many years as a bedside clinician.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Aspen University in addition to a master’s from Western Governors University and bachelor’s from William Paterson University. Her academic experience has focused on quality improvement in healthcare and clinical informatics. Her professional passions include discovering new ways to incorporate evidence-based practice and patient-centered care into her everyday work.

She is originally from Bergen County, NJ, and currently resides in Baltimore. Outside of work, she enjoys reading all types of content–from design blogs to poetry to murder mystery novels to biology textbooks… and everything in between.
