We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important change Total ENT Care. Dr. Patel will be leaving the practice as of December 17. While we are sad to see him go, we want to assure you that your care and well-being remain our top priority.

We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. We wanted to let you know his next steps and were only just informed of his intention to open a practice in Mount Airy, MD in spring of 2025.

We are committed to continuing your local care without interruption. Our team will work with you scheduling follow-up and new appointments with Dr. Sohn and Ms. Abbi Lamparelli, our nurse practitioner. If you would like to schedule an appointment with them or if you need help in transferring your records once he is established, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
